Homeopathy
Homeopathy is an energetic medicine that works on a deep level and can help a wide variety of conditions gently and without side effects. In homeopathy symptoms are not seen as something that need to be removed but rather that they can guide and help us find out the root cause of what is causing the body to be out of balance. The remedy chosen should be one that fits the whole person and not just the symptoms that are causing the problem. People of all ages can use homeopathy from very young babies to the more worldly wise. Homeopathy is suitable to use during pregnancy and can be safely used alongside existing medication.
What is Homeopathy?
It is based on the principle of “like cures like” which means that a substance that can produce symptoms in someone who is healthy can help to treat the symptoms in someone who is not. A classic example is if you think of chopping an onion and how it can make your eyes and nose run, in someone who suffers from such symptoms they could be alleviated by a remedy made from onion. The homeopathy practiced here at Peak Vitality is an advanced “Sensation Method” whereby Emma has undertaken extra training to enable her to deliver the absolute best of homeopathic treatment available. This advanced homeopathy enables the practitioner to treat the root cause of the body’s imbalance and help with symptoms that are physical, emotional and mental and so can treat the many aspects of a person’s ill health.
What’s involved?
During the consultation you will be asked many things some of which will seem fairly routine and some that may seem less so. Questions will be asked about the complaint(s), dreams, and maybe hobbies and food preferences. This is to build up as complex and complete picture as possible to enable the correct remedy selection. An initial consultation can take 2 hours and follow up appointments can last 1 hour. Remedies can act remarkably quickly or take their time for the results to show and so it is difficult to explain how long it can take to get the required outcome. Either way it is best to assume that you will need a few follow-up appointments after the initial consultation to make sure that you’re on track. Usually a gap of 4-6 weeks is best between appointments.
I am writing to you to express my appreciation for your hard work, particularly your use of the Advanced Body Screening system. When I first consulted you, I was on a very slippery slope and if the slide hadn’t been halted, I cannot think of the possible consequences. Fortunately we caught things just in time, and the damage has been put right. I owe Nick a great debt of gratitude for this.
